We began by building an Ancestral Forest using the Miyawaki method, planting 46 native species densely to restore biodiversity quickly and harmoniously, learning ways from nature.
The Ancestral Forest, still in its youth, was born from rewilding and agroforestry methods that honor our symbiotic relationship with nature—how we look after it and are nourished in return. The saplings we planted in 2022 with SUGi and Baan Suan Onsorn begin to bear fruit and grow tall, shading new undergrowth.
In the day, the Ancestral Forest offers nature-inspired workshops, sound and art installations and a medicinal garden rich in Thai herbs, wisdom and indigenous practices. By night, light moves like breath across the trees, casting shimmering reflections through a giant disco ball, uniting scattered pockets of the forest into one living body.
